Today 19th august the Private Test Server is off-line, and I cant predict if it's going to be On-Line again. Let's hope the Public Test Server starts soon.
And to complete, Adm Turtle said in the forum that they'll sell in the website things for Pokemons, like glasses, jackets, nicknames, etc.
